Lorraine Hotel - Miami Beach

Fairly clean and ideal place, has beautiful views of the beach. The staff in general is reasonably good and attentive. The units are cheap, neat. Its location is magnificent on shore.

I had a great stay, with a clean room featuring a lovely balcony and a fantastic location just steps from the beach. However, the breakfast selection was limited, and parking was a challenge since it was not directly available at the hotel. Still, it's a good option for families or anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay near the ocean.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. Location: the hotel was just off the beach and supermarkets and bus lines.

The first 3 star hotel where everything was amazing and fairly clean. Every member of the staff was responsive. My room was huge and relaxing and complete with the bed or pillows and balcony, for instance. There were a microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge upon arrival. Unbelievable position was an added bonus.

Lorraine actually grows on you. Seemed a bit worn-out at first. But after a few days I realized that I'd started to like it. Mostly bare necessities. Great grocery below that turns into a sidewalk cafe at night. Good hotel location - relaxed, yet close to SoBe. Nice beds, slept like a baby. Cheap (10 USD/day) public parking nearby.

Had to block the noisy ac. WiFi connections/channels seemed inadequate. My party rented 3 same-type/luxury rooms; all had different amenities.

Pleasant and clean place, stunningly beautiful view of the ocean. Location: perfect and nice, really close to public transport from MIA, and inexpensive souvenir shops. Also, to indulge in the night life...

decent stay with room for improvement

The view from the balcony was fine. The spaciousness of the standard room allowed my family to relax comfortably.

The hotel is dated, which detracts from the overall experience.

It was very close to the beach and also the stop for the airport flyer bus, which made it handy. The walk to Ocean Drive was not long either. It was quiet

Although the lobby has been renovated, the rooms were very dated and in need of refurbishment.

Electricity was not secure. Hair dryer didn't work.

no free parking, only central air conditioning control, very cold at night, weird people in the hotel, much noise at night, very very poor breakfast, problems with internet connection

Location is good, staff is friendly and that's all!

The room and the bathroom were dirty and very old!

I have liked the location of the hotel , near the beach and the main street of Miami beach.

I did not like the fact that on the web site the hotel is mentionning that they have internet access in the entire building while the truth is that it is only working in the lobby and it very slow.

It was a great room for an unbeatable price right by the beach. Also, included breakfast is great.

Perfect beach getaway

Super close to the beach, just a two-minute walk! Loved the free beach towels and chairs. Breakfast was decent with stuff like bagels and waffles. Rooms were clean, and the air con was solid. Some parking issues since there's none on-site, but we found a garage not too far away. Staff was really nice!
